European Solidarity Corps empowers young people to volunteer and address societal challenges across Europe with CEDE ARUBA.
The European Solidarity Corps (ESC) is an initiative by the European Union that provides young people with opportunities to engage in voluntary activities and contribute to projects that address societal challenges across Europe. Launched in 2016, the ESC aims to foster solidarity, enhance social cohesion, and promote active citizenship among young Europeans.
Participants in the European Solidarity Corps, typically aged between 18 and 30, can engage in a wide range of activities, including volunteering, internships, or employment, with organizations involved in areas such as education, health, social integration, environmental sustainability, and disaster response. The Corps emphasizes inclusivity and diversity, welcoming participants from various backgrounds and abilities.
CEDE ARUBA is accredited to work with this program and offers young individuals the opportunity to make a positive impact on communities, gain valuable skills, and broaden their horizons through cross-cultural experiences. CEDE ARUBA regularly sents young volunteers to our European partner organizations.
